I don’t usually write poetry, but I forced myself to write a small poem to “try”. Anyhow, I don’t like it. Haha, but I needed something to post and after wandering aimlessly through old documents I was reminded of this poem. So here it is, pardon my amateurish poetry.

When history is viewed as lies,
And evil they do glamorize,
When love is lost in all the war,
And tears often hit the floor,
When all these things have come to past,
We’ve reached the end of the hourglass,
But Christians they will worry not,
For eternal life we have sought,
We’ll find our faith will bring us through,
And take us to a world brand new.
